We're hiring a Founder's Office at Fawkes — the person we (only half-jokingly) call our Chief of Everything Officer.

Fawkes is a current-age content and consulting agency working at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and social influence. Over the last 20 months we've built IP-led content, campaigns, talk shows, and talent-led work for some of the most exciting founders and startups around.

Now I'm looking for someone to sit right next to that engine — and help me run it.

This isn't a typical support role. It's high-ownership, high-tempo, and no two days look the same. One day it's client campaigns, the next it's talent management, hiring, documentation, social planning, or a brand-new initiative. If you've ever wanted to see how an agency is actually built and run from the inside, this is a front-row seat.

? Experience: 3 months minimum to 2 years

What you'll do

- Manage high-stakes communication, calendars, follow-ups, and project coordination
- Support content production, campaign execution, and brand outreach
- Own admin workflows — documentation, hiring, research, onboarding
- Write briefs and captions,



and help ideate social content for our own and client pages
- Be the founder's right hand across ops, marketing, and brand

- Get digital culture, content trends, and how social actually works

- Have some background in marketing, branding, or social media
- Can work independently — no hand-holding required
- Can create order in chaos and bring structure to fast-moving teams
