As a Founder's Office Intern, you will work directly with the founders and leadership team, gaining hands-on exposure to business strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Founder and leadership team on strategic business initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Assist in preparing business presentations, proposals, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and ensure timely execution.
- Support business development, partnerships, and client engagement activities.
- Analyze business data and prepare dashboards and actionable insights.
- Assist in operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
- Follow up on action items from leadership meetings and maintain project trackers.
- Support special projects assigned by the Founder from time to time.

Eligibility

- Final-year students or recent graduates in:
- MBA
- BBA/BMS
- Engineering
- Commerce
- Economics
- Any relevant discipline
- Strong interest in startups, entrepreneurship, and business strategy.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ownership mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Microsoft Copilot.
- Basic understanding of business operations, finance, or marketing.
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, etc.) is a plus.
