Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work at the intersection of engineering and customer success — partnering closely with clients and internal teams to design, implement,



and deploy software solutions built on Oblint’s platforms. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for engineers who enjoy solving real-world problems directly with customers and translating them into production-grade technical solutions.

Interview Process

- Application Screening — Resume and profile review against role requirements
- HR Screening Round — Culture fit, expectations, and role alignment discussion
- Technical Assessment — Live coding / problem-solving round covering CS fundamentals, .NET Core, and Node.js

- Technical Deep Dive — System design and architecture discussion with senior engineers

- Final Round — Leadership interaction to assess ownership, communication, and long-term fit
