We are looking for a Forward Deployed Architect - Agentic AI to lead the technical architecture behind production-grade AI systems deployed in real customer environments.

As a Forward Deployed Architect, you will work at the intersection of customer context, systems architecture, and applied AI. You will lead customer engagements from problem discovery through solution design, deployment, and iteration, ensuring AI solutions are technically robust, scalable, and aligned with business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities:

- Leading customer engagements from discovery through architecture design, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Translating complex business challenges into practical agentic AI architectures, including multi-step workflows, tool use, and external system integrations.
- Designing production-grade AI systems, including data flows, system boundaries, monitoring, observability, and operational readiness.
- Defining architecture patterns and technical standards for integrating models, agents, and AI workflows into customer environments.
- Guiding prototypes into scalable, reliable, and maintainable production solutions while balancing speed, quality,



and business value.
- Mentoring engineers and architects, sharing best practices, and raising delivery standards across AI projects.

Job Requirements

- Solid experience architecting and delivering AI, ML, or software systems in production environments.
- Hands-on technical expertise in Python or comparable programming languages such as Go, Rust, or similar.
- Practical knowledge of modern AI and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face, or equivalent technologies.
- Solid understanding of AI/ML lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring, iteration, and production reliability.
- Strong software architecture fundamentals across distributed systems, data modeling, integration patterns, and system design.
- Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to explain technical trade-offs and business value clearly.
