Technical Mastery
- Cloud platforms (AWS- Must have , Positive to have : Azure, GCP)
- Data engineering and pipeline optimization
- AI/ML systems (LLM fine-tuning, vector databases, MLOps basics, MCPs)
- Capable of building PoC on the fly
- Strong communication skill
- Problem solving under ambiguity
- Excellent communicator and empathy
- Capable to real time trouble shooting
- Transform prototypes into secure, compliant production systems
