WE ARE HIRING – FORMWORK DESIGN ENGINEER

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Formwork Design Engineer to design and develop safe, economical, and efficient formwork and scaffolding systems for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in structural analysis, engineering drawings, design calculations, and coordination with project teams to ensure quality and timely deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare preliminary formwork schemes and select appropriate formwork systems based on construction sequence and site inputs
- Estimate formwork material quantities for material mapping and procurement planning
- Coordinate with the Formwork Planning team and site teams regarding material availability
- Collaborate with inter-departments for finalization of special formwork designs
- Prepare final formwork schemes after site confirmation for release of fabrication drawings
- Prepare design documents, method statements, and work procedures as per project requirements
- Prepare approval drawings, design calculations, and method statements for client submission




- Maintain documentation standards as per ISO system for all designs and documents
- Conduct structural analysis and design of various formwork and scaffolding elements
- Work with CAD engineers to manage engineering activities within budget, timeline, and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering (BE) – Civil / Structural Engineering
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) – Civil / Structural Engineering
- Master of Engineering / Technology (ME / M.Tech) – Civil / Structural Engineering (preferred)
- 4+ Years of experience in Designing
