Job Overview:

We are hiring an experienced Foreman to supervise and coordinate production and maintenance activities at our Ahmedabad facility The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations, manage the workforce, and maintain high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and oversee daily production and maintenance tasks

Assign duties to workers and ensure timely task completion

Monitor machinery, production lines, and equipment efficiency

Ensure workplace safety, compliance, and adherence to company policies

Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures

Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime

Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance

Maintain records of work progress, equipment maintenance, and workforce management

Qualifications & Skills:

Hard Skills:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment

Expertise in troubleshooting production or mechanical issues

Ability to interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and safety guidelines

Familiarity with inventory management and production planning





Soft Skills:

Leadership and team management abilities

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Education & Certifications:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

ITI certification (preferred) for technical roles

Experience:

Minimum: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role

Preferred: Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or manufacturing industries
