Role : Forecasting Analyst | WFM

Location: Pune OR Gurgaon

Work Mode: Work from Office

We are looking for a Forecasting Analyst with robust Workforce Management (WFM) and Contact Center forecasting experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and adjust forecasts using Linear Regression, Trend, Triple Exponential Smoothing & Weighted Moving Average .
- Monitor Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, exceptions & outliers .
- Perform manual forecasting using Advanced Excel .
- Analyze actual vs. forecast volumes and identify variances.
- Manage volume assumptions, risks, opportunities and business impacts.
- Partner with Operations, BI, HR, Strategy and Training teams.
- Present forecasting insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

? What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of WFM Forecasting experience .
- Strong Contact Center/BPO forecasting knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with Excel-based forecasting .
- Experience with WFM tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect or Salesforce .
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Graduate/Bachelor’s degree.
