Production Manager/ Supervisor Role

- Core Duties: Plan and execute production targets, ensure compliance with food safety (FSSAI) and ISO standards, optimize costs, and manage teams. Floor Management, QA, QC and Team Handling, Packing and Batch Making.
- Requirements: B.E/B.Tech/ITI/ Diploma in Food Technology or Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). 3–15 years of relevant food industry experience.
- Key Skills: Manpower planning, Supply chain & dispatch coordination, and ERP operations. [1, 2]

- Typical Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹ 60,000 per month based on Experience and Skills

General Requirements in Ahmedabad
- Adherence to GMP (Valuable Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP.
- Strong leadership to manage local labor forces and seasonal demand spikes.
- Cross-departmental coordination with Quality Control (QC) and the packing/dispatch teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
