We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Food & Beverage Executive to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, positive knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
- Welcome and assist guests while maintaining high service standards.
- Take orders, explain menu items, and address guest queries.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely food and beverage service.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
- Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant hygiene.
- Monitor service standards, SOPs, and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with billing, POS operations, and shift closing procedures.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales targets.
