1. Manage the day-to-day operations of all F&B; outlets, restaurants, banquets, room service and other F&B; facilities.
2. Maintain high standards of service, presentation and guest experience.
3. Ensure all outlets are properly staffed, set up and operational as per business requirements.
4. Ensure qualified, warm and personalized service to all guests.
5. Develop strategies to increase F&B; revenue and average spend per guest.
6. Coordinate with Stores and Purchase for stock availability and cost-effective procurement.
7. Lead, motivate and develop the F&B; team.
8. Ensure proper personal grooming and hygiene of all F&B; employees.
