About the Role

Aryans Sea Sight Resort is looking for an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the complete F&B; operations of the resort. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent guest service, smooth restaurant and banquet operations, cost control, staff management, and achievement of F&B; revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of restaurants, bars, banquet services, and other F&B; outlets.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest service.
- Supervise, train, and motivate F&B; staff to maintain professional service standards.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, shift schedules, and allocate responsibilities effectively.
- Monitor daily sales, revenue, food costs, beverage costs, wastage, and inventory.
- Maintain proper stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase and Stores departments.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and minimize pilferage and wastage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and hotel operating standards.
- Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service-related issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, Accounts, and Management teams.
- Plan and execute banquets, parties, special events, and promotional F&B; activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase F&B; revenue and improve profitability.
- Monitor menu pricing, portion control, food cost, and beverage margins.
- Check restaurant and banquet bills, KOTs/BOTs, discounts, complimentary items,



and daily closing reports.
- Maintain proper records of daily sales, consumption, wastage, breakage, and stock.
- Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of restaurants, banquet areas, bars, and service areas.
- Conduct regular briefings and performance reviews of the F&B; team.
- Ensure all statutory and company policies related to F&B; operations are followed.
- Prepare and submit regular F&B; performance reports to the management.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Robust knowledge of restaurant, banquet, and beverage operations.
- Excellent leadership and team-management skills.
- Good understanding of food and beverage costing and inventory control.
- Strong communication and guest-handling skills.
- Ability to manage operations efficiently during peak business periods.
- Knowledge of POS systems, billing procedures, MS Excel, and basic reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
