Role Description The Food and Beverage Associate is a full-time, on-site role based at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara in Ghaziabad. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of table service in restaurants, bars, and banquet areas. The associate will assist in preparing and setting up service stations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the dining areas, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.





Day-to-day responsibilities also include handling guest queries and feedback, processing billing and payments, following safety and hygiene protocols, and supporting the team in daily operations and special events.

Qualifications

- Strong Food Service and Food & Beverage skills, with an understanding of menu items and basic service standards.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with guests in a courteous, professional manner.
- Basic Culinary Skills to assist with simple food preparation or presentation when required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hotel environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred; fresh applicants with relevant training are also encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; certification in hospitality or hotel management is an advantage.

- Team-oriented mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to stand for extended periods and carry out physical tasks related to service.
