Role & Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, cosmetic stores, chemists, and general trade outlets.
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and placement at retail counters.
- Build relationships with retailers and generate new outlets.
- Coordinate with distributors for stock availability and order generation.
- Achieve sales and outlet coverage targets.
- Support promotional activities and market expansion.
Requirements
- 1+ year of field sales experience.
- FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, Personal Care, or Retail experience preferred.
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with field work and travelling across Mumbai.
