About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of F&B; to lead the overall Food & Beverage function across our properties. The role will be responsible for F&B; operations, revenue, profitability, people, guest experience, and business development .

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, commercially strong, and passionate about creating distinctive F&B; experiences while maintaining operational and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete F&B; operations across restaurants, cafés, bars, events, and other F&B; outlets .
- Develop and execute F&B; strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue and EBITDA targets .
- Monitor and improve food cost, beverage cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage, and overall profitability .
- Work closely with chefs and outlet managers on menu planning, menu engineering, pricing, and new product development .
- Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, hygiene, and guest experience across all outlets.
- Develop and implement F&B; SOPs, processes, and operational standards .
- Lead, mentor, and develop F&B; managers and teams while ensuring effective manpower planning and productivity.
- Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive events, brunches, live music, collaborations, promotions, and other revenue-generating activities .




- Monitor guest feedback, Google/Zomato ratings, and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, inventory control, and cost optimisation.
- Identify new business opportunities and cutting-edge concepts to increase F&B; revenue.
- Conduct regular outlet reviews and performance audits and take corrective action where required.
- Prepare and review F&B; performance reports and present key business updates to management.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in F&B;, preferably in hotels, restaurants, cafés, bars, or lifestyle hospitality brands.
- Experience in managing multiple outlets/properties will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of F&B; P&L;, revenue management, cost control, and profitability .
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
- Highly hands-on, target-oriented, and commercially driven.
