Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the assigned hospital floor.
- Ensure smooth patient admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping, security, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, protocols, and quality standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, and discipline.
- Handle patient and attendant grievances professionally and efficiently.
- Conduct regular floor rounds to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Support emergency situations and ensure timely coordination among departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of hospital resources and facilities.




- Assist management in implementing process improvements and service excellence initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
