We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the café floor, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and effective team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily floor operations, including opening/closing and shift management.
- Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and counter teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor table turnover, service speed, cleanliness and overall floor experience.
- Manage billing/POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling.
- Support inventory checks and minimize wastage.
- Train and coach team members on service standards and SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with café policies, safety and hygiene standards.
