Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager – Service to manage daily service-floor operations, ensure smooth workflow, maintain service quality, and achieve customer satisfaction and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily workshop/service-floor operations.
- Allocate repair jobs to technicians and ensure timely completion.
- Monitor vehicle flow from job opening to delivery.
- Ensure proper diagnosis, repair quality, and adherence to company standards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians, Parts and other departments.
- Monitor technician productivity and job efficiency.
- Ensure all jobs are completed within the promised delivery time.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Handle technical/customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure proper usage of workshop equipment, tools and resources.
- Maintain workshop discipline, cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor pending jobs, repeat repairs and customer complaints.




- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to SOPs.
- Support achievement of workshop revenue, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.

Candidate Profile
- Education: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical field preferred.
- Experience: 3–6 years of experience in automobile service/workshop operations.
- Experience in a two-wheeler or automobile dealership/workshop will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repair processes and workshop operations.
- Robust team-handling and leadership skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
- Target-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
