Role Description The Floor Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the C V Raman Academy campus in Madurai. This role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, including managing classroom readiness, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth movement of students and staff.

The Floor

Manager will monitor student flow, address queries, support faculty with logistical needs, and help maintain a safe, orderly, and supportive environment. The role includes handling parent interactions related to operational matters, resolving routine issues, and ensuring that service standards and academic processes are consistently followed.

Manager will also collaborate with management to implement operational improvements and support training and orientation for frontline staff.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to address student and parent needs professionally and promptly.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and administrative staff.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily floor activities, coordinate schedules, and maintain smooth institutional workflows.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to guide support staff on procedures, service standards, and floor protocols.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail in handling multiple tasks.
- Experience in an educational institution or service-focused environment is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make practical decisions in busy situations.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent experience in operations or administration.
