We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Fleet Lead to manage and oversee delivery rider operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rider onboarding, engagement, productivity, compliance, and overall fleet performance to ensure seamless last-mile operatio ns.

Responsibili ties

Fleet & Rider Manag ementManage and supervise a team of delivery partners/riders across assigned hubs or city locat ions.Ensure adequate rider availability to meet daily operational requirem ents.Monitor rider attendance, productivity, and adherence to sched ules.Drive rider engagement initiatives to improve retention and reduce attri tion.Recruitment & Onboa rdingManage end-to-end rider hiring and onboarding activi ties.Source riders through field activities, vendor networks, referrals,



and local hiring chan nels.Coordinate documentation, background verification, and joining formali ties.Ensure timely onboarding and activation of ri ders.Operations Manag ementMonitor daily operational metrics such as order fulfillment, on-time delivery, rider utilization, and producti vity.Ensure smooth execution of last-mile delivery operat ions.Identify operational challenges and implement corrective act ions.Coordinate with hub teams and stakeholders to ensure service excell ence.Performance & Compl ianceTrack rider performance metrics and provide regular feedback and coac hing.Ensure riders comply with company policies, safety guidelines, and SOPs.Handle rider grievances, escalations, and disciplinary act ions.
