Job opening in Fleet Personnel Dept. for Documentation & Clearance role

Education: Graduate in any field from a reputed institute.

Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of relevant work experience in the Shipping Industry

:

1. Manage end-to-end documentation and clearance processes for seafarers.
2. Coordinate closely with vessel planners to ensure compliance with vessel-specific training requirements.
3. Liaise with Planning and Logistics teams to facilitate timely and effective crew changes.
4. Oversee domestic travel arrangements for officer briefings and coordinate with Superintendents as required.
5. Demonstrate sound knowledge of Tanker, Gas, and Bulk Officer planning in line with Oil Major Matrix requirements and charterer/client expectations.
6. Be well-versed in U.S. visa application procedures and flag state documentation.
7. Maintain thorough knowledge of certification requirements, statutory documentation, and flag state compliance paperwork.
8. Ensure all company systems are updated with the latest crew documentation, certifications, and related records.
