We are seeking an energetic and operational Fleet Manager to oversee day-to-day fleet management, vehicle maintenance, utilization, and telematics tracking at Eightlines Fleet Private Limited. In this role, you will ensure maximum fleet uptime, seamless rental turnarounds, and high vehicle maintenance standards across our self-drive and platform channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Fleet Operations & Logistics: Oversee daily vehicle turnarounds, check-ins/check-outs, handovers, and ground movement.

- Maintenance & Quality Control: Schedule routine servicing, mechanical repairs, detailing, and washing to ensure top-notch vehicle safety and presentation.

- Telematics & GPS Monitoring: Track live GPS telematics, driver metrics, and route health using software tools to safeguard company assets.

- Compliance & Legal Documentation: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital records for RCs, commercial/private permits, insurance policies, pollution checks, and FASTag accounts.

- Vendor & Field Management: Liaise with service centers, detailing hubs, and roadside assistance teams for swift breakdown resolution and turnaround times.





Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 1–3+ years of hands-on experience in fleet operations, rental logistics, car dealership service management, or automotive logistics.

- Technical Proficiency: Experience using telematics tracking platforms, fleet management software, and mobile operations tools.

- Field Problem-Solving: Quick on-your-feet thinking for handling road incidents, minor breakdowns, and customer support coordination.

- Clean Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with confidence operating a wide variety of manual and automatic passenger vehicles (SUVs, Compact SUVs, Hatchbacks).

- Strong Communication: Clear verbal and written coordination skills to work seamlessly with mechanics, ground staff, and executive leadership.
