Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end CCaaS platform implementation projects.
Design integration architecture for Five9 and related contact center platforms.
Develop and implement strong integrations with enterprise applications.
Integrate Google AI capabilities with CCaaS platforms.
Define integration patterns and ensure scalable, reliable solutions.
Work with stakeholders and technical teams throughout implementation.
Implementation experience is mandatory; support-project profiles are not preferred.
Pay: From ₹2,000,000.00 per year
