About BXB Fitness Centre

BXB Fitness Centre is a growing fitness brand in Kochi, committed to helping members achieve their fitness goals through professional training, quality facilities, and a positive fitness environment. We are looking for passionate and energetic Fitness Trainers to join our team across our branches in Kaloor, Kakkanad, and Kalamassery.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct fitness assessments and understand members' fitness goals.
- Design and implement personalized workout programs.
- Guide members on proper exercise techniques, form, and safety.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions.
- Motivate and support members to maintain consistency and achieve results.
- Monitor members' progress and make necessary adjustments to training programs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional gym environment.
- Build strong relationships with members and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote a positive and energetic atmosphere within the fitness centre.




- Support the centre in achieving member retention and overall service standards.

Requirements

- Certification in Fitness Training / Personal Training is preferred.
- Good knowledge of strength training, functional training, cardio, and basic fitness principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to motivate and work effectively with clients of different fitness levels.
- Professional, punctual, disciplined, and presentable.
- Freshers with relevant certification and a strong passion for fitness are welcome to apply.
