Role Overview

Claude first party engineers. Such individual will have the experience of building Claude infrastructure.

Someone who can Build and maintain the Claude models themselves.

- Develop the training pipeline, inference systems, safety mechanisms, evaluation frameworks, APIs, and products like the Claude web and desktop apps.
- Work on core AI research, model optimization, infrastructure, and developer platforms.

We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking First Party Engineer-Claude , particularly around the Claude ecosystem and enterprise AI solutioning. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical expertise in designing scalable AI architectures, defining enterprise AI adoption strategies, and delivering AI-driven use cases for clients across industries.

This role requires someone who can engage with business stakeholders, understand client challenges, architect AI solutions, and lead implementation initiatives involving Claude, LLMs, AI agents, and enterprise AI platforms.

Candidates with exposure to Claude certifications, enterprise AI governance, and production-grade AI deployments will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions using Claude and related AI ecosystems

Collaborate with clients to identify, assess, and define AI-driven business use cases

Lead technical solutioning workshops and AI discovery sessions with stakeholders

Define scalable architectures for AI applications, AI agents, orchestration layers, and AI governance frameworks

Work closely with engineering teams to guide implementation, integration, and deployment of AI solutions

Design secure, scalable, and compliant AI systems aligned with enterprise architecture standards

Build AI reference architectures, accelerators,



reusable frameworks, and implementation best practices

Support AI model integration, prompt engineering strategies, RAG architectures, and agentic workflows

Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend suitable approaches for client use cases

Contribute to AI capability building, pre-sales discussions, proposals, and solution demonstrations

Ensure AI solutions align with responsible AI, governance, observability, and security considerations

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

10–12 years of overall technology experience with robust architecture and solutioning background

Hands-on experience working with Claude and enterprise Generative AI ecosystems

Exposure to Claude certifications or equivalent AI platform certifications preferred

Solid understanding of:

Large Language Models (LLMs)

AI Agents / Agentic Frameworks

Prompt Engineering

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

AI orchestration frameworks

AI governance and observability

Experience designing AI-powered enterprise applications and workflows

Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS

Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and APIs

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Ability to translate business problems into scalable AI architectures

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar ecosystems
- Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge retrieval systems
- Understanding of enterprise security, compliance, and AI risk management
- Experience in AI use case consulting and client workshops
- Familiarity with Python-based AI development ecosystems
- Exposure to DevOps/MLOps and AI deployment pipelines

Certifications Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) – Preferred

Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) – Preferred

Claude / Generative AI platform certifications or equivalent experience – Preferred
