Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fir Asst. Manager / Manager role based at Amanora Mall in the Pune Division. The role is responsible for supporting daily mall operations, including coordination with retail, F&B;, and entertainment partners, monitoring facility upkeep, and ensuring a safe and welcoming workplace for visitors.

The position involves overseeing crowd management and emergency readiness, assisting with implementation of fire safety protocols, and ensuring compliance with mall policies and regulatory requirements.

Manager / Manager will collaborate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, help plan and execute events and activations, and provide regular reports on footfall, operational issues, and customer feedback. The role requires active floor presence, prompt response to incidents, and continuous improvement of guest experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Operational and facility management skills, including experience overseeing daily mall or large retail property operations and coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Safety and risk management skills, with knowledge of fire safety systems, emergency procedures, and regulatory compliance related to public spaces and high-footfall environments.
- Customer service and communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with tenants, vendors, visitors, and authorities, and handle escalations effectively.
- People management and teamwork skills, with experience guiding on-ground teams such as security, housekeeping, and maintenance, and working collaboratively to resolve operational issues.
- Analytical and reporting skills, including basic proficiency in MS Office for documentation, incident reporting, and footfall or operational data analysis.
