Title: Financial Controller

Location: Delhi, South Delhi

Reports To: Managing Director

Job Summary:

The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, team handling, reporting, and compliance activities of the company. This role ensures accurate financial statements, monitors budgets, implements financial controls, and provides strategic insights to support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the companys daily accounting operations, including ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, capital expenditures, and project financing for real estate developments.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and internal financial policies.
- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
- Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants for smooth audits and regulatory compliance.
- Implement and maintain robust internal financial controls and procedures.
- Provide financial guidance to senior management and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Manage financial reporting for multiple real estate projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Team handling
- Direct the entire gamut of finance & accounts operations,



contribute fully to the development of the company’s strategy and provide financial analysis and guidance on business drivers and robust accounting system.
- Provide leadership in the development and continuous evaluation of short and long term strategic objectives.
- Research technical accounting issued for compliance, analyse financial data and provide insights to top management, develop & implement strategies for improving financial performance.
- Timely regulatory, transaction and financial reporting with quality control and maintain relationship with external and internal auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations.
- Manage and comply with local, state and central government reporting requirements tax filing.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities and develop strategies that work to minimise financial risk and provide management with information vital to the decision making process.
- Report risk issued to the audit committee of the board of directors.
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the company’s operations and strengthen the financial reporting process and automation.
- Maintain banking relationship & represent company with bankers & investors.




- A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles and working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Business control, financial analysts, Revenue reconciliation and balance sheet preparation & closure.
- Ensure timely accounting of expenses billing, payment to the vendors and collections for any delayed cases escalate to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Minimum 18–25 years of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance, budgeting, and taxation.
- Experience with ERP software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proactive mentality to anticipate and effectively mitigate issue promptly
- Strong team development experience, developing a range of staff directly and indirectly to greater level of performance.
