Role Overview
We are seeking a mission-driven, articulate Chartered Accountant to join as our Financial Controller and become a key member of the leadership team. This is a foundational hire you will set up the entire finance and accounts function from scratch, build the team, design processes, and partner directly with the CEO to drive profitable growth.
Ideal for a CA who thrives in startup environments, is passionate about building systems, and wants to be at the heart of a Shark Tankbacked brand scaling rapidly in FMCG/retail.ng-start-bengaluru
Experience:* CA with 4-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE)
Monthly Revenue Scale:* ~2 crore/month (24+ crore ARR)
Salary- 18 to 24 LPA plus ESOPs.
