Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join us as Financial Advisors. The role involves understanding customers’ financial needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customer leads through references, networking, and market activities.

Understand customer financial goals and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Explain policy perks, features, eligibility, and terms clearly to customers.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful business.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the policy lifecycle.

Achieve assigned sales and performance targets. Maintain regular customer follow-ups and business reports.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
