Finance Test Manager | Big 4 Consulting

Are you an experienced Finance Test Manager with a robust background in Banking and Financial Services? We're hiring for one of the Big 4 Consulting firms to support large-scale Finance Transformation, Regulatory Reporting, and Enterprise Change programs for global banking clients.

What You'll Do

As a Finance Test Manager, you will lead end-to-end testing activities across complex finance transformation initiatives, ensuring successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, governance, and execution of testing across Finance Change, Regulatory, and Transformation programs.
- Define and manage test strategies, test plans, schedules, resource planning, and defect management processes.
- Drive System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and End-to-End testing.
- Collaborate with Finance, Business, Technology, Data, and Change teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and timely issue resolution.
- Monitor testing progress, risks, quality metrics, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to governance standards, quality controls, and program delivery frameworks.
- Manage multiple testing workstreams across large-scale transformation initiatives.





What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Test Manager within Banking, Financial Services, or Finance Transformation programs.

Strong expertise in:

- Test Strategy & Test Planning
- SIT, UAT, End-to-End Testing & Regression Testing
- Defect Management & Test Governance
- Test Execution & Delivery Management
- Experience working on one or more of the following:
- Finance Transformation
- Regulatory Reporting
- General Ledger (GL)
- Finance Systems
- Data Transformation
- Enterprise Change Programs
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to work across Business, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Experience managing testing
