Position: Finance Manager Location: Cochin Qualification: Qualified CA/CMA Experience: Minimum 12-15 years of progressive finance / accounting experience, of which 5 - 7 years of financial managerial role gained preferably in MNC environment or BPO, Minimum 5 years managerial experience is required Salary: As per Industry Standards Key Responsibilities:
- Controllership Function

- Full controllership responsibility of legal entity - Supervise, control, and organize in all

financial dimensions (Financial Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Payables, Treasury, Statutory Reporting, etc.)
- Ensure compliance to internal controls, finance policies & statutory regulations




- Co-ordinate with external auditors to complete year-end audit
- Ensure on time month-end/year-end closing, financial reporting, forecasting and

reconciliations
- Improve internal financial process of legal entity
- Timely communication to HQ / Group / Business unit
- Provide monthly financial performance measures to Group Leads
- Develop & maintain financial model for GBS services

- Full accountability of GBS Finance Function
- Ensure high quality deliverables on time
- Drive value creation for business units
- Recruit and Build team of high-quality people
- Drive training & development to build expertise
- Conduct performance review with regular feedback mechanism, along with coaching
- Develop backup and succession plan for team
- Business Development of GBS Activities
