Role Overview

TAC Security is looking for a Finance Manager – Crypto & Digital Assets to manage financial operations related to cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, digital assets, treasury, accounting, taxation, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong finance and accounting experience along with practical knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital-asset transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage accounting and financial reporting for cryptocurrency and digital-asset transactions.
- Manage crypto treasury, wallets, exchanges, and digital-asset reconciliation.
- Track crypto holdings, transactions, gains/losses, fees, and cash flows.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of blockchain wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts.
- Manage crypto-related taxation, compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Establish financial controls for crypto transactions, wallet access, approvals, and transfers.
- Prepare monthly MIS, financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and cash-flow reports.
- Work with Legal, Compliance, Cybersecurity, Technology, and external auditors.
- Monitor crypto-related financial, liquidity, market, and operational risks.
- Support financial evaluation of current Blockchain/Web3 and digital-asset initiatives.

Cryptocurrency Knowledge Required The candidate should have working knowledge of:

- Bitcoin (BTC)
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Stablecoins: USDT, USDC, DAI
- Layer-1: BNB, SOL, ADA, AVAX, DOT, XRP, TRX
- Layer-2: POL/MATIC, ARB, OP
- DeFi & Governance Tokens: UNI, AAVE, LINK, MKR
- Meme Coins:



DOGE, SHIB
- Privacy Coins: XMR, ZEC
- Wrapped Assets: WBTC, WETH
- NFTs and tokenized assets

Knowledge of crypto purchases/sales, crypto-to-fiat transactions, token swaps, staking, airdrops, mining rewards, DeFi transactions, gas fees, cross-chain transfers, and wallet-to-wallet transactions is preferred.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
- CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in Finance/Accounting/Treasury.
- Prior experience in Crypto, Blockchain, Web3, FinTech, or Digital Assets preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and financial controls.
- Experience with crypto wallets, exchanges, reconciliation, and digital-asset reporting.
- Strong Excel/financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Zoho, or similar.
