Experience Required: 12+ years in Finance & Accounting with strong exposure to US Accounts and Taxation

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance Head to lead our finance function with a strong focus on US Accounts, Taxation, and Statutory Compliance. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Accounts

Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), US GAAP, and multi-state taxation. This role requires strategic leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to ensure compliance across diverse US geographies while managing finance operations from our Hyderabad office.

Key Responsibilities

- Accounting & Compliance
- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations in alignment with US GAAP and international standards.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations across multiple US geographies.
- Manage statutory filings, audits, and reporting requirements.

- Taxation
- Lead US taxation processes, including corporate tax, payroll tax, and indirect taxes.
- Handle multi-state tax compliance, ensuring timely filings and accurate documentation.
- Liaise with external tax consultants and auditors for specialized requirements.
- AR & AP Management
- Supervise Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations.




- Implement controls to minimize outstanding receivables and optimize cash flow.
- Financial Planning & Reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership on profitability, cost optimization, and growth opportunities.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor the finance team in Hyderabad.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Legal, Compliance).
- Act as the primary liaison with US-based stakeholders for finance and compliance matters.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- 12+ years of experience in Finance & Accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, US Taxation, and multi-state statutory compliance.
- Proven expertise in AR/AP management and financial reporting.
- Experience working with staffing or consulting industry preferred.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
