We are seeking applications for the position of Finance Expert for development of Employment Zones.
- Prepare and review financial models, cost-benefit analyses, and project viability assessments.
- Conduct financial due diligence and evaluate project risks and returns.
- Support the structuring and evaluation of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects.
- Develop concession frameworks, risk allocation mechanisms, and financial structures for PPP initiatives.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance.
- Establish financial monitoring and reporting systems for project implementation.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for project authorities and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, accounting standards, and contractual obligations.
- CA or MBA in Finance or equivalent from a reputed college.
- Minimum 10 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Financial Consulting
- Project Management
- Infrastructure Project Development
- Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects
- Project Finance
- Financial Feasibility Analysis
- Infrastructure Financing
- Investment Advisory
- Economic and Financial Appraisal of Development Projects.
