: Financial Controller

1. Position Overview

Drive financial strategy and oversee accounting operations for a fast-growing LED lighting distribution firm. Managing high-volume inventory valuation and multi-channel supply chain metrics is critical.

2. Core Responsibilities

Execute Financial Control

· Manage all accounting operations.

· Formulate monthly financial statements.

· Direct the annual budgeting processes.

· Forecast cash flow demands accurately.

· Coordinate external tax audit processes.

Optimize Inventory and Supply Chain

· Track landed costs for imported goods.

· Audit multi-location inventory valuation systems.

· Minimize working capital tied in stock.

· Analyze supplier credit terms regularly.

· Review slow-moving stock obsolescence reserves.

Support Strategic Decisions

· Evaluate customer credit risk limits.

· Analyze product-line gross margin variations.

· Assess profitability across distribution channels.

· Build pricing models for large projects.

· Implement robust internal control systems.

Required Qualifications

Education and Experience

· Bachelor’s Master’s degree in management, commerce, Accounting or Finance.

· Skilled certification preferred (CPA, CMA, or ACCA).

· 5+ years of financial management experience.

· Experience in wholesale distribution or electronics sectors is a plus

Technical Skills

· Advanced proficiency in ERP software systems.

· Expert knowledge of inventory accounting methods.

· Mastery of Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.

· Strong grasp of statutory, logistics tax.

4. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Inventory Days Outstanding (IDO): Maintain optimal turnover levels.

· Days Sales Outstanding (DSO): Minimize collection cycle times.

· Gross Margin Variance: Track accurately against budget targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
