Role Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Intern/Trainee to support our Finance team with day-to-day accounting operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain hands-on corporate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with billing and invoice preparation.
- Maintain invoices, vouchers, and financial records.
- Support payroll processing and HR finance coordination.
- Process employee food allowance records.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation.
- Prepare basic reports using Microsoft.
- Support the Accountant with day-to-day finance activities.

Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce .
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Tally, Zoho Books, or similar accounting software is an advantage.
- Solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
