As a Senior Manager in the FIN RTR role, you will specialize in consulting services for SAP finance applications, helping clients optimize their financial processes and improve reporting. Within our Advisory practice, you will analyze client requirements, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. This role is client-facing, allowing you to directly impact clients' strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and make informed decisions. Responsibilities





- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP finance applications to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client requirements to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP finance applications
- Collaborating with clients to improve financial reporting and achieve strategic objectives
- Managing large-scale projects and guiding teams through complex problem-solving scenarios
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying financial challenges and opportunities
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine solutions
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams
- Crafting and conveying transparent, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Promoting business process improvement and innovation within financial systems
- Confirming compliance with regulatory authority requirements and professional standards

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP FI and SAP FICO
- Utilizing financial forecasting and financial modeling techniques
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities
- Leading teams through complex financial transformations
- Excelling in crafting and conveying impactful financial narratives
