Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our Solar Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, meeting potential customers, explaining solar solutions, conducting site visits, following up with prospects and converting leads into successful solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling and local market activities.
- Visit residential, commercial and industrial customers.
- Understand customer electricity requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Explain solar system benefits, savings, ROI, subsidy and net-metering process to customers.
- Conduct basic site visits and coordinate with the technical team for site assessment.
- Prepare and share quotations/proposals with customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.




- Coordinate with the technical and installation team after order confirmation.
- Maintain customer records and update daily sales/CRM reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Develop strong customer relationships and generate referrals.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Basic knowledge of solar energy is preferred.
- Previous experience in Solar / Electrical / Field Sales / B2C Sales will be an advantage.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Freshers with valuable communication and sales skills can also apply.
