JOB PROFILE: FIELD SUPERVISOR

- JOB PURPOSE To lead a team of field promoters, oversee day-to-day Home to Home activities, to achieve operational targets.
- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Campaign &
- Field Execution: Supervise day-to-day door-to-door / H2H field activations.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 10–15 promoters. Plan daily market routes, conduct morning briefings, and run evening performance reviews.
- Performance &
- Targets: Drive daily contact and sales (Conversion) targets while conducting on-the-job coaching to improve low-performing promoters.
- Discipline &
- Compliance: Monitor attendance, grooming, field discipline, and follow Contact &
- Conversion SOPs daily.
- Reporting: Manage collateral, track stock accuracy, and submit daily reports on sales, attendance, and field observations.

- REQUIREMENTS &
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass.
- Experience: Open for both Freshers and Candidates with 1+ years of experience in field sales, BTL activations or FMCG supervision.
- Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and the regional language(s) of the assigned state/zone.
- Mobility: Flexible and comfortable traveling across assigned city/locations on a regular basis.
- Skills Required: Solid leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic knowledge of MS Excel for daily reporting.
