SCADA Troubleshooting Systems Thinking

Urgent requirement for a Senior Field Engineer with 8–10 years of experience in factory automation and special-purpose machine (SPM) controls. Candidates must possess strong analytical logic to solve field issues across electromechanical systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Conduct installation, SAT (Site Acceptance Testing), and final commissioning of

automated machine control systems.
1. Modify and debug PLC programs (Ladder Logic, FBD) and HMI screens on active

production lines.
1. Diagnose electromechanical faults in drives (VFDs, Servos), sensors,



control panels,

and robotic arms.
1. Coordinate with engineering and production teams to report design defects and

implement field modifications.
1. Draft detailed field service reports, site inspection checklists, and technical

handovers.

Desired Candidate Profile

● Work Experience: 8 to 10 years in Industrial Automation, SPM Manufacturing, or

Plant Electrical Engineering.

● Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.

● Technical Skills: Hands-on knowledge of PLC platforms

(Siemens/Rockwell/Schneider/Mitsubishi), VFDs, Servo Drives, and Industrial

Sensors.

● Aptitude: High logical reasoning, aptitude for systems-thinking, and quick real-time decision-making on site.

Pay: From ₹3,500,000.00 per year
