Job Summary - We are looking for a skilled and responsible Field Service Engineer to handle customer service calls, product installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities - Visit customer locations for service, installation, and maintenance.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic and electrical equipment.
- Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Identify defective components and carry out necessary repairs.
- Explain product usage and basic maintenance procedures to customers.
- Maintain accurate service reports, job sheets, and spare-parts records.
- Coordinate with the service team for unresolved technical issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service.
- Follow company safety and service standards.

Skills &

Qualifications - Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.





- Experience in electronics/electrical service is preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of electronic components, wiring, and testing equipment.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Experience 0–3 years of relevant experience. Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
