Role Description The Field Sales Specialist for the DSA Vertical is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves identifying and onboarding new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), nurturing relationships with existing partners, and driving business volumes through coordinated field sales activities. The specialist will conduct regular market visits, generate and qualify leads, explain NeoGrowth’s product offerings to DSAs and end customers, and support them throughout the loan application and documentation process.

The role also includes tracking sales performance,



ensuring adherence to compliance and process standards, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve queries and improve partner experience. The specialist is expected to maintain accurate records in CRM tools, provide timely feedback from the field, and contribute to local sales strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with DSAs, customers, and internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities to handle queries, provide clear guidance on products, and ensure a positive experience.
- Proven Sales and negotiation skills, preferably in financial services, lending, or MSME-focused products.
- Lead Generation and prospecting capabilities, including field outreach and network-based sourcing.
- Experience in Sales Operations such as maintaining pipelines, using CRM tools, and tracking performance metrics.
- Knowledge of MSME lending or retail finance is an advantage, along with familiarity with local Ahmedabad markets.
- Ability to work in a target-driven setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; relevant field sales experience preferred.
