Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Representative who is energetic, confident, target-oriented, and comfortable with meeting customers on a daily basis.

The candidate will be responsible for field sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, sales conversion, territory coverage, relationship management, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing customers within the assigned territory.
- Generate current leads through field visits, referrals, market research, and customer references.
- Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and explain products/services effectively.
- Convert leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with customers.
- Expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Maintain regular market visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Track leads, customer meetings,



follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the internal team for timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information.
- Monitor local market activity and identify new sales opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales.
- Experience in Lead Generation, Customer Acquisition, Business Development, or Territory Sales will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting new customers.
- Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
