Role: Field Sales Officer | Hyderabad

- Sell AAC Blocks and related building materials across Hyderabad
- Generate leads and develop new business
- Build relationships with builders, contractors, architects & dealers
- Conduct regular market/site visits and product presentations
- Handle quotations, negotiations, order closure & collections
- Coordinate with production & logistics for timely deliveries
- Track sales, maintain reports and monitor competitor activity

Candidate Profile

- 2–7 years of B2B/Field Sales experience
- Experience in Building Materials preferred — AAC Blocks, Cement, Dry Mix, RMC, TMT, Construction Chemicals, etc.
- Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
- Target-driven and comfortable with field sales
- Hyderabad market experience preferred
- Graduate in any discipline
- Must be willing to travel locally for client/site visits
