Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Officer with 1–3 years of relevant experience in the Tyre Manufacturing or Automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good market knowledge, excellent customer-handling skills, and a proven ability to generate business and achieve sales targets.

The role involves regular market visits, customer acquisition, dealer/channel coordination, lead generation, sales conversion, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop new business opportunities through regular field visits and market mapping.
- Identify and approach potential customers, dealers, distributors, and business clients.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, benefits, pricing, and commercial terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and pending orders.




- Expand the customer base and increase business within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate with dealers, distributors, channel partners, and internal teams where required.
- Monitor competitor activities, market demand, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular field visit and sales activity reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up after sales and support customer relationship management.
- Track sales pipeline and work consistently towards improving conversion rates.

Candidate Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Sales / Direct Sales / B2B Sales.
- Candidates must have relevant experience in the Tyre Manufacturing or Automobile industry.
- Experience in customer acquisition, territory sales, dealer handling, channel sales, or business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field visits.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.
- Good knowledge of the assigned market/territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile sales applications.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
