Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities through field visits, customer interactions, lead generation, and relationship building. Freshers with good communication and a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities through field visits.
- Meet prospective customers directly and explain the company’s products or services.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and direct customer interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads into business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Plan and execute field visits within the assigned territory.
- Collect market information and provide feedback on customer requirements and competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Submit regular sales and field activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Travel locally as required for regular field sales activities.
