Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Jaipur. The role involves presenting product features and benefits, negotiating terms, and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, tracking leads and conversions, and providing regular reports on sales activities.

Qualifications

- Strong field sales, business development, and client relationship management abilities in a B2B or service-oriented environment.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical platforms in simple terms.
- Basic understanding of the automotive service ecosystem or willingness to quickly learn industry-specific concepts.
- Proficiency in using smartphones or tablets for lead tracking, reporting, and accessing the GaadiMech platform.
- Self-motivated, target-driven work style with the ability to operate independently in the field.
- Comfort with local travel across Delhi and nearby areas to meet partners and prospects.
- Prior experience in field sales, especially in technology-enabled services or automotive, is an advantage.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma; a graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
