The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. The candidate should be able to work independently, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable with field-based sales activities. The role involves promoting and selling our products/services to businesses in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential business clients for product/service promotion and sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Present product demonstrations and pitches to potential clients, emphasizing features and perks.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close sales deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.




- Regularly update management on sales progress, feedback, and market conditions.
- Travel within the assigned region (Gurgaon and surrounding areas) to meet clients and prospects.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B Sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong focus on results.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Own vehicle is mandatory for this role (reimbursement for fuel and maintenance provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- A valid driver s license.
