Key Responsibilities

- Conduct on-ground reporting across Delhi NCR to discover and cover local stories, events, businesses, trends, and community happenings.
- Host and present short-form videos, reels, interviews, and street-level content.
- Research story ideas and identify topics that are relevant, engaging, and valuable to the audience.
- Conduct interviews with business owners, customers, experts, public figures, and local communities.
- Write basic scripts, questions, introductions, and talking points for video content.
- Present information naturally and confidently while speaking directly to the camera.
- Coordinate with the content and production team for shoots, story planning, and daily content requirements.
- Capture basic mobile video footage, photographs, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content when required.
- Create content suitable for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital channels .
- Stay updated on local trends, events, places, offers, and conversations happening across Delhi NCR.
- Ensure factual accuracy, qualified conduct, and appropriate representation while reporting.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh content ideas.

Required Skills

- 0–1 year of experience in reporting, anchoring, hosting, journalism, content creation,



or a related field .
- Freshers with strong communication and on-camera presence are welcome.
- Excellent Hindi and English communication skills .
- Strong confidence and natural ability to speak on camera.
- Good interpersonal and interviewing skills.
- Comfortable working on-ground and traveling across Delhi NCR .
- Ability to quickly understand a topic and communicate it in a simple, engaging manner.
- Strong awareness of social media trends and short-form video formats.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone photography/videography is preferred.
- Energetic, curious, proactive, and comfortable interacting with strangers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content production environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Journalism, Mass Communication, Media Studies, English, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience creating Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video content is an advantage.
- Previous experience with college media, internships, campus journalism, YouTube channels, or personal content creation is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, or similar is an added advantage.
- A strong personal portfolio or sample videos demonstrating on-camera confidence will be preferred.
