Position:Field Recruiter (Biker Hiring)

We are hiring a Field Recruiter to hire Delivery Bikers and associate.

Key Requirements:

· Solid experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)

· Good knowledge of local areas/markets.

· Must be comfortable in Hindi & Gujarati

· Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory

· Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)

Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass

Experience: 1-2 Years (Field Hiring Must)

Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)

Good knowledge of local areas/markets.

Must be comfortable in Hindi & Gujarati

Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
